Official Rules — The Coop Scoop Merch Launch Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED WITH USING THE FREE ENTRY METHOD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
Diversified Funding Services, Inc., d/b/a The Coop Scoop, P.O. Box 873, Jonesboro, GA 30237 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void outside the eligible area and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Free mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 3, 2026.
4. Registration (Required All Entries)
To participate, each entrant must complete the free registration form on the Giveaway page (https://www.the-coopscoop.com/the-coop-scoop-giveaway) with their first and last name, phone number and email address, no later than November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Registration is required for both the purchase method and the free mail-in method. Registration alone is not an entry. No purchase is needed to register. Entrants without internet access may email [email protected] or write to the address in Section 6 and ask to be registered. Entrants must register using the same first and last name that appears on their order or mail-in form; Sponsor matches entries to registrations by name and may contact an entrant to confirm a match. Entries that cannot be matched to a registration are void. Text-message and newsletter sign-ups on the registration form are optional and are not required to enter.
5. How to Enter — Purchase Method
After registering, purchase eligible merchandise during the Giveaway Period from The Coop Scoop shop at https://shopthecoopscoop.printify.me/, The Coop Scoop Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/ShopTheCoopScoop or, for active members of The Coop Scoop Crew (our YouTube channel membership), the Crew members-only store (together, "Eligible Stores"). Purchases made in any other store do not earn entries. Each eligible merchandise piece purchased earns one entry; an order containing three eligible merchandise pieces earns three entries. Digital products (including the e-book), gift cards, YouTube memberships, taxes, and shipping charges do not earn entries; canceled and returned orders do not earn entries.
6. How to Enter – Free Mail-In Method
No purchase is necessary. After registering (see Section 4), download the official Free Entry Form from the Giveaway page or request it by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Free Entry Form — Merch Launch Giveaway." Sponsor will provide the form and instructions. Print and hand-complete the form with all required information using the same name used to register, place one original completed form in a separate stamped outer envelope, and mail it to: The Coop Scoop Merch Launch Giveaway, P.O. Box 873, Jonesboro, GA 30237. Each timely, legible, complete, and eligible form received equals one entry. The form request itself is not an entry. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, bulk-mailed, incomplete, late, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible entries are void.
7. Entry Limit
Limit 10 entries per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method or combination of methods. The free method permits the same maximum number of entries as the purchase method. Attempts to exceed the limit, use multiple identities or addresses, automate entries, or otherwise circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.
8. Random Drawing and Odds
On or about December 5, 2026, Sponsor will select two potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received through both methods. The first entry drawn will be the potential First Place winner and the second entry drawn will be the potential Second Place winner. A person may win only one prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A potential winner is not a winner unless and until eligibility is verified and all required documents are completed.
9. Prize
First Place (one): three (3) custom Coop Scoop Christmas ornaments, one (1) Coop Scoop puzzle, one (1) 2027 Coop Scoop calendar, one (1) Coop Scoop kitchen towel, and one (1) Coop Scoop adult coloring book. Approximate retail value (ARV): $165.
Second Place (one): one (1) Sassy tote bag and one (1) Coop Scoop Christmas ornament. ARV: $40.
Total ARV of all prizes: $205. No cash redemption, transfer, or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes will be shipped free of charge to the winner's address in the eligible area on or about December 12, 2026. Winners are responsible for all taxes and costs not expressly included. Sponsor may require tax documentation when required by law.
10. Winner Notification and Claim
Sponsor will contact each potential winner at the email address, telephone number, or mailing address associated with the selected entry. A potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days and may be required to sign an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release (where lawful), tax form, and shipping confirmation. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, is ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to complete required documents, an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing. Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay a fee, make a purchase, or provide banking information to claim a prize.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, likeness, submitted photo, prize photo, and statements about the Giveaway for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to obtain entries through fraud or deception. If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another cause impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and, if feasible, award the prizes from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject a valid entry or fail to award an advertised prize.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such release is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, postage-due, misdirected, delayed, illegible, or technically corrupted entries or communications.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, in the state or federal courts located in Clayton County, Georgia. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived in an entrant's home jurisdiction.
15. Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winners, deliver the prizes, and comply with law. Information will be handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.the-coopscoop.com/privacy-policy. Newsletter, text message, or promotional communications require separate consent and are not a condition of entry.
16. Winner Information
After the winners are confirmed, each winner's first name, last initial, city, and state may be posted at https://www.the-coopscoop.com/the-coop-scoop-giveaway. To request winner information, email [email protected] or mail a request to The Coop Scoop, P.O. Box 873, Jonesboro, GA 30237 by January 31, 2027, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
17. Social Platform Release
By participating, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and any other platform used to communicate the Giveaway from claims arising from the Giveaway. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.
